Third Parties Building a website does not include purchasing or leasing web space, nor registering a domain name.
Project The client agrees to the scope of the project as detailed in the 1 Choice Internet Ltd. quotation / proposal supplied to the client. It is agreed that the said quotation / proposal provides a clear indication of the work that is to be carried out under this agreement.

It is the client’s responsibility to notify 1 Choice Internet Ltd. if there is any discrepancy in the contents of the said quotation / proposal prior to commencing work.

Change of Scope of Work If there are changes in the requirements or scope of the project, or changes or additions during the project term, 1 Choice Internet Ltd. reserves the right to charge for the additional services.
Cancellation A project can be canceled at any time by either party. However, all material not paid for remains the property of 1 Choice Internet Ltd. and will not be used by the client without payment of outstanding charges.
Offensive Material We will not knowingly agree to build a website that we consider offensive, and reserve the right not to work on a project, or to cancel existing projects if we subsequently discover them to be offensive.
Post-Production Alterations 1 Choice Internet Ltd. will not accept responsibility for any alterations made by third parties to the client’s website.
Maintenance 1 Choice Internet Ltd. provides maintenance on an as-needed basis to our clients which is charged on an agreed hourly rate. Our standard working practice is NOT to require the client to retain 1 Choice Internet Ltd. although this service is available upon request.
Warranty SERVICES PROVIDED BY 1 CHOICE INTERNET LTD. ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS. 1 CHOICE INTERNET LTD. MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, FOR THE SERVICE IT IS PROVIDING, INCLUDING, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL 1 CHOICE INTERNET LTD. BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
Confidentiality Both the client and 1 Choice Internet Ltd. acknowledge that they may receive confidential information about the other party’s business. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to the third parties. Upon request, all confidential information will be returned to its respective owner.
Applicable Law This agreement shall be governed by English Law.
