The process of building bespoke web sites can be quite tedious but the 1 Choice team offered me a professional service. This was highlighted by the fact that they were able to give me a one-to-one service and understood my requirements very quickly and at at the first time of asking.

The website was our main marketing tool to gain bookings and increase our occupancy rates and I was able to carry on with the running of my business whilst leaving the website design completely to 1 Choice. I was able to trust them with my marketing budget for the year, which is the difference between success and failure in my business.

RESULTS : the website has increased business for my hotel group in a competitive industry which has seen tourism cut by nearly half this year due to foot and mouth and the strength of the pound but we have seen a rise in occupancy rates. I was able to keep the rates without slashing. Even 5 star hotels have had to cut rates and are working on 45-50% occupancy but we are working on 95-100% even in off season. The problem I found with the other programs was their complexity - they were just so hard to understand for those of us who don't have a PhD in computer programming. Then there is eButtonz, a program that has the operating complexity of "Asteroids" yet does everything it needs to do.

My web designer did the whole of my web site in an afternoon. About the same amount of time it would have taken to read the manual for the other e-commerce solutions we looked at !

Think how much I saved on design charges! It may sound like I am being a bit over the top but I really cannot say enough about eButtonz. It's easy to understand, it's quick and it's smart. I only had to call their customer support once because I couldn't believe things were as straightforward as they were! It really is that simple.

I was also very happy to find that I could set up a WorldPay account with free integration! It was a nice touch to have eButtonz fill in all the forms automatically as well.

Anyway my web site was up and running in a afternoon. It only took WorldPay a day to give me credit card validation. We have already had orders start to come in.

Finally I would like to say that it is very rare that I am moved to write about a product or service (except to complain) but eButtonz really is something I am happy to have paid for.
